Account Manager (AMO – NetSuite)
Job Description
- Generate sales among client accounts, including renewal, up-selling and cross-selling
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
- Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
- Communicates client needs and demands to employer company
- Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
- To work with Project Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and hence drive new opportunity
- Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients
- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines

Person Specification
- Demonstrated success building pipeline, progressing pipeline and wining deals;
- Tenacious and extremely results driven. You want to be at the top of the leader board and hate losing. We are looking for quota killer, not quota achievers;
- ERP Solutions sales experience is a definite plus;
- Be capable and experienced selling to C-level executives and senior management at mid-market-sized accounts; Be able to lead strategic discussion with C-level leaders.
- Be eager to acquiring/applying industry expertise successfully in sales cycles; and continue learner.
- Someone who has been recognized for his/her performance and received additional responsibilities and/or promotions;
- Very strong communication and presentation skills;
- You care about creating success for your customer and promote them into happy and reference able clients.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Account Executive.

Responsibilities
- To develop the reseller network for Introv Products.
- To develop new business opportunities together with different Partners through multi-channels marketing.
- Create and prioritise strategic target account lists.
- Research and build “cold accounts”. (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling)
- Interacting by phone and email with key personnel up to, and including, C-Level Executives.
- Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts.
- Arrange the prospecting call or meeting to qualify the new leads.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years Inside Sales experience within IT (New Business Development, Cold Calling, Planning/Strategy etc)
- Active, Aggressive and Discipline
- Coachable, self-motivated, curious and resilient, with a “get the job done” attitude
- Professional, efficient communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (positive and personable)
- ERP Solutions sales experience is a definite plus;
- Ability to handle Challenge, work independently, self-motivated and work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must

Person Specification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP pre-sales or a similar technical sales role.
- Strong understanding of ERP / Property Leasing related systems, including modules such as supply chain, procurement, inventory and financial accounting.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to demonstrate the functionality and benefits of Introv solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Train partners on effective methods for selling and implementing Introv’s product
- Collaborate with partners to offer tailored implementation package for end customers
- Qualify end customers by analyzing their business needs and recommend local qualified partners accordingly
- Negotiate or facilitating negotiations with/between partners and customers
- To understand how partners work, how Introv’s product will help them be more efficient, and how selling Introv’s products and services can fit into their business model
- Retain and develop long term trusting relationships with partners
- Ensure partners understand and align with Introv’s business plans to maximize synergy
Must haves:
- Bilingual in English and one of the following: Thai / Vietnamese / Mandarin / Cantonese
- Strong software and new technology awareness
