System Analyst / Programmer

Job Description

  • Design, evaluate and allocate the division of tasks to the team (oneself, peer Consultants and Senior Consultants and Associate Consultants) according to their know-how, experience, efficiency, ability and workload.
  • Record and report the status of these tasks timely and accurately.
  • Coordinate the project assignments with Lead Consultant by developing project plans, project task schedules, scheduling and preparing for workshops and requirement study, gathering documentation and liaising with clients.
  • Drive the team to complete the project tasks in timely manner & align with Project Plan.
  • Solution / Technical Design & related documentations.
  • Assist Project Manager to complete WBS, backlog and iteration plan.
  • Provide accurate, complete and detailed estimation of time and effort required by the platform portion of the designed systems and solutions.
  • Teamwork with other consulting, technical, customer-success and sales roles in requirement analysis, solution design and fulfilment.

Person Specification

  • Degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines.
  • At least 2+ years working experience with system development, technical design and system integration flow design.
  • Strong team player and team leader.
  • Technical knowledge and experience about Webservices, Javascript / .Net programming, SQL reporting / BI tools, Web programming is preferred.
  • Knowledge on supply chain, finance / accounting is advantageous.
  • Experience in ERP implementation (Especially NetSuite or cloud computing is definitely an advantage).
  • Willing to work under pressure and strong commitment on the project.
  • Self-motivated and “Make-happen” attitude.
  • Excellent analytical mind, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Verbally fluent in verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Excellent in written English communication and formal document writing is a must.
  • Candidate with less experience or fresh graduates will be considered as programmer.

ERP Presales Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team in APAC regions to understand client requirements and identify how our solutions can address their business needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and value proposition of our solutions.
  • Understand client pain points and challenges, providing consultative advice and demonstrating how our solutions can streamline their operations, improve efficiency, and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized demos and proof-of-concept solutions that align with client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and quotations, highlighting the implementation process, timelines, and associated costs.
  • Assist the sales team in responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) and preparing technical documents and solution overviews.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies related to ERP solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the presales process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP presales or a similar technical sales role.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, including modules such as supply chain, procurement, inventory and financial accounting.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to demonstrate the functionality and benefits of ERP solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of successful presales engagements, including conducting product demonstrations and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

Job Description

Person Specification

  • At least 6 years working experience in programming, requirement analysis, and solution design
  • Experienced in business solutions consultation, design, analysis and implementation
  • Ambitious working attitude
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Solid experience in implementing and designing Web-based and SOA solutions
  • Proficiency in HTML/JavaScript/AJAX/.NET/C#/Java/RDBMS/SQL is a must
  • Solid CRM or ERP experience is advantageous
  • Solid experience in system integration and system design
  • Project Management experience is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated and under pressure

Business Development Representative

Job Overview

Business Development Representatives are tasked with strategically developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within their assigned territory. BDR’s work closely with their AE’s in a business development capacity. Candidates for this position must be highly motivated, tenacious and self starters.

Responsibilities

  • To develop new business opportunities through multi-channels marketing.
  • Create and prioritise strategic target account lists.
  • Research and build “cold accounts”. (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling)
  • Interacting by phone and email with key personnel up to, and including, C-Level Executives.
  • Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts.
  • Evangelize Oracle NetSuite and Cloud Solution model.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration/Marketing/Information Technology or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1 years Inside Sales experience within IT (New Business Development, Cold Calling, Planning/Strategy etc)
  • Active, Aggressive and Discipline
