Yesterday, we successfully completed the F&B tour co-hosted by Introv Limited and GS1 Hong Kong at the Luen Pun’s Smart Kitchen! We demonstrated how the In-Store App can enhance your central kitchen and procurement management processes, explaining food recipes and production, supply chain management, and discussing ingredient usage management. Additionally, TG Cyber introduced central kitchen technology, showcasing a robot cooking delicious fry dishes on the spot. Industry experts and enthusiasts had the opportunity to exchange insights face-to-face.
